Everything in Big Sky starts with US-191 through the Gallatin Canyon: about an hour from Bozeman in good conditions, longer with a loaded truck, and considerably longer in winter or when there's construction. Condos, chalets, and the long carry

Slope-side condos rarely let you park at the door. Expect a shared elevator with a reservation system, a loading zone a building or two away, and stairs at the end of it. That's normal for Big Sky — it just means the crew size and the time estimate need to reflect the carry, not just the square footage.

Many buildings and HOAs require a certificate of insurance on file before move day and restrict moving hours. Send us the building's move-in packet when you book and we'll handle the paperwork side.
